Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Key Responsibilities: • Serve as an expert in translating complex data into key strategic insights and valuable actions. • Business Intelligence Data Visualization Lead Analysts develop and test heuristics, create and run models, perform data exploration and data mining to present valuable data trends and discoveries to other data scientists, business stakeholders and managers at various levels. • They create business intelligence, dashboards, visualizations, other advanced analytics reports, and presentations to adequately tell the business narrative and offer recommendations that are practiced, actionable, prioritized based on material impact, in addition to being well-supported by analytical models and data. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key skills; Power Bi • SQL, Python • Power Automate • Power Apps • AWS • Independently assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions with minimal guidance. • Be eager to learn new concepts quickly • Have a strong command of SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Point, Excel • Create efficient and effective data models in Power BI • Excel in clearly communicating with stakeholders and partnering with cross-functional teams to define Power BI reporting requirements to achieve strategic goals • Be comfortable presenting reporting and analyses with leaders • Have AWS Redshift, A3S experience Our client is a leading Electric power and natural gas Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
