Job Title: Azure Data Analyst – ADF & Data Pipelines
Location: Remote (USA/ Canada– PST Time Zone)
Job Type: Contract 12+ Months (W2 only)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Analyst with strong experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and cloud-based data pipelines. The ideal candidate will focus on analyzing, transforming, and preparing data for reporting and decision-making, while leveraging Azure tools to automate and optimize workflows. You will collaborate closely with business teams and AI/ML stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar data-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) – pipelines, triggers, and data flows.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based data management.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI-assisted data analysis or AI/ML workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD in Azure DevOps for data workflows.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, or master data management tools.
• Prior experience working with remote or distributed teams.
