These positions are critical to modernizing outdated manual reporting processes—currently reliant on Excel, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs—into automated, scalable data solutions. You will play a key role in transforming regulatory reporting workflows by designing ETL processes, integrating multiple data sources, and building automated pipelines that improve efficiency and accuracy. Technical expertise is the top priority, though familiarity with Medicaid reporting is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement automated workflows to replace manual Excel-based reporting. • Develop and maintain ETL processes for structured and normalized datasets. • Write advanced SQL queries, scripts, and transformations to support analytics and reporting. • Extract, merge, and append data from multiple relational sources. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and build scalable data solutions. • Document workflows, reporting logic, and automation processes. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Support Medicaid regulatory reporting by delivering timely and reliable data outputs. Required Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational/normalized databases. • Proficiency with ETL tools and processes. • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines. • Experience pulling and integrating data from multiple sources. • Knowledge of data validation, governance, and best practices. • Strong communication skills for working across both technical and non-technical teams. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive process improvements. Preferred Qualifications • Background in regulatory reporting or healthcare data. • Familiarity with Medicaid claims, encounter data, and submission processes. • Prior experience transitioning from manual Excel-based workflows to automated systems. Why Join Us? This is an exciting opportunity to be on the front lines of modernizing Medicaid reporting systems. Your work will have a direct impact on improving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making within a national healthcare organization.
