Responsibilities • Create comprehensive monthly business review reports, analyzing customer activities and product performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on key performance indicators, focusing on revenue realization and customer retention. • Support various departments in developing business cases and reports for new initiatives. • Provide analytical insights for pricing strategies and other business changes. • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, offering actionable recommendations. Skills • Proficiency in SQL, R, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong ability to work independently and lead projects or project steps. • Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial statements and data trends. Preferred Skills • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI. • Familiarity with VBA and cloud technologies like AWS is a plus. • Background in the Financial Services or Payments industry.
