Role description
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, ETL pipelines, and reports.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights through data analysis.
• Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance of BI systems and processes.
• Lead data governance and best practices for BI development.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior BI developers and other team members.
• Stay updated on emerging BI tools, technologies, and trends to continuously improve BI solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in BI development, data analysis, and reporting.
• Expertise in SQL and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
