Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and deploy secure, scalable KSN/SharePoint solutions across NAVTAC programs and related federal contracts. Support and maintain collaboration environments for Contracting Officers (COs) and CORs, ensuring compliance and performance. Configure and support scheduler and timeline management tools , aligning deliverables with program milestones and federal reporting cycles. Design and deploy workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate , including dynamic forms via Microsoft Forms and Power Apps. Maintain and update legacy InfoPath forms and associated workflows during platform transitions or modernization. Lead and document requirements gathering , collaborating directly with end-users, program managers, and IT stakeholders. Develop system documentation, data inventories, configuration baselines, and end-user training artifacts to support operational continuity. Provide Tier 2–3 technical support and troubleshooting for platform users across internal and government teams. Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint/Power Platform administration and development (2016/Online preferred). Expert in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Forms). Experience with Enterprise BI tools including dashboard and data model development. Strong technical documentation, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to manage configuration and version control in a federal IT environment . Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems or computer Science or equivalent experience. Prior experience supporting FAA or NAVTAC programs. Background in training delivery and end-user enablement. Experience with Azure AD integration, O365 tenant management, and federal IT security frameworks (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP). Familiarity with federal records management, accessibility compliance (Section 508), and data governance standards.
