The Role • Build, maintain, and optimize high-visibility dashboards and reports within Salesforce to track commercial success. • Partner directly with the CRM Lead to audit and improve data structures, ensuring global reporting alignment. • Deliver deep-dive analysis on sales performance, including pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting. • Act as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert, supporting the wider commercial team with queries and creating training assets. • Lead data cleansing initiatives to ensure the CRM remains a single source of truth for the London HQ. What You'll Need • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, specifically within a Sales, Revenue, or Commercial environment. • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (or a similar enterprise CRM) is absolutely essential for this role. • Strong technical ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into simple, visual insights for stakeholders. • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage "catch up" data projects in a fast-paced logistics environment. • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and commercial strategy.
