Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory costing, valuation, and standard costing processes
• Analyze inventory transactions, adjustments, and cost/quantity variances
• Reconcile physical inventory counts with financial records
• Prepare inventory-related financial reports and variance analysis
• Support month-end and year-end inventory close activities
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, and slow-moving items
• Improve inventory control procedures and cost models
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency in ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 required
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
