Data Analyst

Title: Data Analyst Location: Orlando, FL - Duration: 12 weeks plus # of Positions: 2 Compensation: $55.00 - 63.00/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Data Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Merchandise Sourcing and Product Development Team in data management and reporting. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate data management and reporting compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Data will cover a wide range of retail products and packaging information over a large international supply base. The ideal candidate will have strong data handling skills, experience with reportin gtools like Tableau, and have strong attention to detail. This role will also communicate and facilitate data collection with international Suppliers and internal partners. Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for conducting data analysis, developing reports and visualizations, and supporting the development of business intelligence capabilities. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (eg, Tableau, • Power BI) to effectively communicate data findings. • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources. • Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, patterns and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. • Work with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant data analysis and reporting. • Maintain clear and concise documentation of data analysis projects and processes. Basic Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance or related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis. • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data modeling). • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets. • Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and inconsistencies in datasets. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Must be organized, self-motivated, take initiative, and solution oriented. Preferred Qualifications/ Preferred Skills: • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data processing tools. • Knowledge of packaging materials and retail product categorization.
