Data Analyst

This is a W2 role with our company. NO C2C! We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT analysis, and advanced SQL. Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze requirements for new development, enhancements, and defect fixes. • Perform data validation and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Create and maintain source-to-target transformation documents for ETL/ELT. • Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure traceability to requirements. • Break down business needs into actionable tasks aligned with user story acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across technical and business groups. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven data warehousing experience with strong knowledge of data stores and warehouse components. • Expertise in ETL/ELT analysis and documentation. • Advanced SQL (mandatory): DDL vs DML, joins, subqueries, nested queries. • Strong understanding of data normalization and relational database design. • Hands-on experience with test case creation/execution in Agile SDLC. • Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently as a self-starter. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. • Experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
