Extract, filter, and aggregate data through tools, queries, and basic programming Ensure data is captured, models are built, metrics are computed and charts/dashboards are available real time. About the Position: • Pulling and reporting on ServiceNow ITSM data • Updating current reports. • Will be handing this person a document with processes to follow and they will pound the keyboard. • Want SQL experience • Want Database experience Must Have Skills/ Requirements: • 2+ years of PowerBI experience • Excellent communicator and team player • Someone that is collaborative and can keep up with daily updates and working with a remote team. • Experience with ServiceNow – pulling data from SNOW
