Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Active Data Analyst 3 to join our team for a 12-month engagement. In this role, you will partner closely with the Engagement Lead to ensure exceptional data quality and drive continuous improvement across business areas. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Engagement Lead to manage all aspects of customer data quality initiatives. Support data quality projects using available tools to identify, adjudicate, and resolve data issues while meeting defined SLAs. Develop and implement additional KPIs, metrics, and data health checks to monitor and maintain ongoing data quality. Identify opportunities to optimize processes related to data ingestion (ETL), business rules, and match rules to improve data quality and efficiency. Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues using advanced SQL queries. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting solutions and updates at multiple levels. Utilize tools such as Reltio and Databricks, and work with Healthcare Professional and Healthcare Organizational data. Leverage Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for analysis and troubleshooting. Experience with data management tools such as Reltio and Databricks. Familiarity with Healthcare Professional and Healthcare Organizational data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to identify and implement process improvements.
