Data Analyst (ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATE)

Roles : Data Analyst Location : Lincoln, NE ( Onsite) - LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY Job Type: Contractr Jd Experience level – 12 years • 11+ years of experience in a data analytics role with exposure to security, controls, or software quality metrics (or strong equivalent experience). • Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one scripting language for data work. • Experience working with log or telemetry data (Elastic, Splunk, or cloud-native logging). • Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar). • Familiarity with vulnerability management data, SAST/DAST results, dependency scanning, or security testing outputs. • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and CI/CD concepts, and familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins or similar. • Practical understanding of system controls and common security frameworks or experience supporting compliance programs. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to data quality and the ability to translate findings into concrete actions. • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present technical findings to engineering and business leaders. Nice To Have • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or relevant data/analytics certifications. • Experience with machine learning approaches for anomaly detection or predictive quality models. • Hands-on use of vulnerability management platforms, code-scanning tools or cloud security tools.
