Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work across the entire data analysis lifecycle—from problem framing and data collection to analysis, reporting, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication, ensuring data not only informs but also creates real business value. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports (primarily in Power BI) to transform data into clear, actionable insights. • Gather and integrate complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources. • Provide insights on business trends, key drivers, and prepare actionable reports for stakeholders. • Partner with Data Engineers to assess business needs, define requirements, and prioritize reporting projects. • Ensure clarity of requirements and validate deliverables against agreed-upon objectives. • Support data quality processes, including: • Frequency and consistency of data collection. • Automation of data gathering activities. • Validation of datasets across sources (e.g., Source vs. Databricks). • Work across multiple business lanes, offering support where needed and adapting to shifting priorities. Technology Requirements • Power BI – strong experience in building dashboards and visualizations. • SQL – proficiency in querying and analyzing datasets. • Excel – advanced skills for reporting and data manipulation. • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) for testing, analysis, and automation is a plus.
