Logistics

The Role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics & Data Scientist to build and deliver scalable reporting, advanced analytics, and predictive models that optimise digital marketing performance. Key focus areas include LTV modelling, Tableau dashboarding, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to guide investment decisions and maximise customer value.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and operationalise LTV models for acquisition, retention, and forecasting.
• Design and deliver Tableau dashboards that give clear, actionable insights.
• Lead Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to measure channel impact and optimise budgets.
• Define KPIs and ensure accuracy across all digital marketing data sources.
• Provide advanced analytics and insights on campaign performance and sales funnel.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance to inform strategy.
• Conduct deep dives into customer behaviour, performance trends, and ROI.
Requirements
• Proven expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• Hands-on experience with LTV modelling and customer segmentation.
• Practical background in MMM and marketing attribution.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills (for cloud functions, modelling, automation).
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, scalability, and impact.
Nice to Have
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based pipelines (e.g., BigQuery, AWS).
• Knowledge of marketing data sources such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM.
