Data Analyst

Join a leading telecommunications company as a Data Analyst! About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst, to support compliance with the Telecoms Security Act (TSA) by managing and maintaining an accurate asset portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining asset data, producing Power BI reports, and supporting technical queries. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced DAX and Power BI expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Shifts: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate asset information in collaboration with the TSA Programme and CTO stakeholders. • Enter and validate asset data in Master Data Management (MDM) systems. • Build and manage Power BI data models, including relationships and DAX calculations. • Produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders using Power BI. • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies quickly and effectively. • Manage responses to TSA Section 135 questions and Change Requests. • Support technical queries from SMEs across the business. The must-haves: • Power BI with DAX expertise (calculated columns, measures, advanced data models). • Strong data quality management skills ensuring integrity and consistency. • Ability to explain data insights and technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Excellent communication skills with technical stakeholders (IT teams, engineers). • Understanding of Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation). • Desirable: Experience in the telecoms industry.
