Information Technology Business Analyst

IT Business Analyst (Dynamics 365) required by a not-for-profit organisation in central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote) who has recently initiated a Dynamics On-Prem to Dynamics 365 CRM migration. Assignment - IT Business Analyst (Dynamics 365) Location - Central London with hybrid working (three days per week remote) Skills – Business Analyst, Business Analysis, Dynamics 365, Relevant Industry Sector(s), Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management Initial duration – Six months however further extensions likely Rate – £475 to £525 per day (outside IR35) To qualify the IT Business Analyst (Dynamics 365) will have a demonstrable, multi-organisational background in business analysis, have an excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 (On-Prem and/or Cloud), a background working in relevant industry sectors (asset-centric, often shaped by regulatory demands and long-term service commitments such as utilities, energy and renewables, telecommunications, transportation and logistics, oil and gas etc.) and possess good vendor management, stakeholder management, communication, problem solving and transparency competencies. Knowledge of working in the housing sector, Dynamics 365 case management and/or an industry recognised qualification are all desirable but not essential. The assignment is to join a multi-year Dynamics On-Prem to Dynamics 365 migration. Working closely with a Lead IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for defining the to-be case management requirements for the Dynamics 365 product. The assignment is initially for six-months however further extensions are likely.
