Data Analyst - Adult Social Care | London | Hybrid | £500 - £600 per day We're working with a leading public sector transformation partner on this exciting opportunity to shape the future of community care delivery. This is a high-impact contract for a data specialist to turn complex statutory data into actionable insights using Power BI and SQL. You will be the bridge between technical data infrastructure and frontline social care strategy, ensuring that critical services are backed by world-class intelligence. The Role • Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of sophisticated Power BI dashboards to track Adult Social Care performance. • Design and optimize the technical infrastructure required to integrate multiple datasets from core systems like Liquidlogic and ContrOCC. • Produce vital Management Information (MI), KPIs, and statutory reports that directly influence local authority decision-making. • Drive data quality initiatives, working closely with service leads to ensure data integrity across all reporting outputs. • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership. What You'll Need • Extensive experience developing Power BI dashboards specifically within an Adult Social Care or Local Government context. • Technical proficiency in SQL and data modelling for extracting and transforming data from Liquidlogic and ContrOCC systems. • Proven track record of delivering statutory social care returns and high-level Management Information (MI). • Deep understanding of data integration techniques and the ability to manage complex, multi-source datasets. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive data-led cultural change.
