Sr. Data Analyst Manager Location: Pittsburgh PA Two PNC Plaza 620 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 Cleveland OH Strongsville Technology Center 8100 Mohawk Dr., Strongsville, OH 44136 Birmingham AL Birmingham - Brock 701 32nd St. South, Birmingham, AL 35233 North Texas Market TX Dallas Innovation Center - Luna Rd 11511 Luna Rd, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 Phoenix AZ Phoenix - Biltmore 2850 E CAMELBACK RD, Phoenix AZ 85016 Days of the week: Monday through Friday Function of the group: Enterprise Architecture responsibility for technology standards, part of governance crew Current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting: Automate current processes, process improvement work (process flows, assessments, data collection) Centralize a scorecard to be used by Execs for overall health of the program and compliance and performance Industry background: Lean Six Sigma training Process improvement background, organizational change management Team dynamic: Architects, BSAs, Project Mangers, Process Improvement specialists Roles and Responsibilities: Process improvement Create the Power BI items based on what the team is needing Technical Skills: Candidate will be tasked to migrate from governance by PPT to data driven with automated notifications, statuses and reminders. Must also implement metric collection for processes. Skill Set: Six Sigma Blackbelt with the following skills:
MS Office tools β advanced user, particularly Excel
Process flow tools β MS Visio or Aris
MS Enterprise SharePoint β experienced (at least 2 years) administrator / designer of Lists with Forms, Views
MS Power Apps: Power BI, Power Automate β experienced (at least 2 years) administrator / designer of reports and workflows
Can extract and analyze large volumes of data using Excel, Tableau and/or PowerBI
Can create process flow diagrams (esp. swim-lanes) for existing processes
Can analyze process steps in diagrams and identify required Inputs and Outputs, Suppliers and Customers for each step\\
Can assist with validating procedure documents against existing process flow diagrams
Can create / modify SharePoint sites and lists, considering audiences, access rights, views to protect data, etc.
Can create / modify Power BI reports for large volumes of data
Can create / modify Power Automate workflows for complex scenarios with multiple steps, evaluations (T/F), decision trees, etc.Can leverage Power Automate to create notification emails or Teams Alerts or approvals for specific workflow steps

Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changesTest programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
Skills:
Experience with database technologies
Knowledge of the ETL process
Knowledge of at least one scripting language
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Demonstrated history of successDesire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
Education/Experience:
