Payrate: $50.00 - $64.95/hr. Responsibilities: • Conduct testing of programs or databases, identify and correct errors, and implement necessary modifications. • Update and modify existing databases and database management systems, or oversee programmers and analysts in making these changes. • Develop and code both logical and physical database schemas, specifying database identifiers for the management system, or guide others in this coding process. • Collaborate within project teams to coordinate database development efforts and define project scope and constraints. • Evaluate project requests that outline database user requirements to estimate the time and cost needed to complete the project. Must-Have Skills: • Programming Efficiency: Skilled in creating solutions for complex data challenges using programming and scripting languages like SQL and Python. • Data Analysis and Storytelling: Proficient in interpreting and deriving meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, and effectively communicating those insights in a clear and concise manner. • Setting Goals and Success Metrics: Capable of defining clear objectives, analyzing data, and comprehending product requirements to guide business decisions and enhance product outcomes. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Data Visualization Expertise: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders. • Organization skills and timeline completion, good reporting skills weekly • Analytics/Metric Framework: Experience designing consistent and scalable analytics frameworks for open-ended questions. Education / Experience: • Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training • 5+ years of experience Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $64.95/hr.
