Role description
Only firm W2 contracts. C2C and H1 transfers are not applicable. Work Profile β€’ Analyze data to create a deeper understanding of company’s users and their behavior β€’ Work through open-ended questions to distill value and support e-commerce, customer service and product development β€’ Use advanced statistical techniques to analyze data and drive better decision making β€’ Identify opportunities for product improvement and process optimization β€’ Present findings to key leadership to influence yearly roadmaps Required Skill β€’ Required Years of Experience: 4+ Year β€’ Expertise in Tableau & SQL β€’ An understanding of various components of an end-end data stack (GCP, BigQuery, Airflow, Fivetran, dbt, Mode). β€’ Experience utilizing business intelligence tools to distill results into simple, clear visualizations β€’ Ability to collaborate closely with team members as well as cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations. β€’ Ability to operate semi-autonomously on day-to-day projects, with light manager course-correction. β€’ Ability to communicate sophisticated data science concepts and complex findings in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Zoom interview with some technical exercises, esp. Tableau and SQL proficiency.
