We are seeking a Data Reporting & Visualization Analyst to partner closely with Corporate Development and leadership to bring structure and visibility to key business metrics. This role will design, build, and evolve Tableau dashboards and reporting systems that surface performance drivers, support strategic planning, and help teams move with confidence.
What Youβll Do
β’ Translate strategic and operational needs into KPI definitions, reporting requirements, and visualization plans.
β’ Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that deliver reliable, decision-ready views of core business metrics.
β’ Analyze performance data and present findings to stakeholders, communicating key insights, implications, and recommendations to support decision-making.
β’ Continuously improve reporting workflows and visualization standards, and document dashboard logic, data models, and processes to support quality, consistency, and scalability.
β’ Explore and pilot AI-assisted analytics and automation workflows to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, and dashboard maintenance.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Advanced proficiency in Tableau (Desktop and Server), with demonstrated experience building dashboards that are both highly functional and intuitive for end users. Strong proficiency in SQL is required.
β’ The ideal candidate works well in a collaborative team environment while independently managing assigned work, and communicates effectively across teams on domain-specific business context, dashboard data quality, and reporting performance, including the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering clear, reliable, and well-structured insights.
β’ Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Open to learning new tools, systems, and workflows.
