Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Experience using ServiceNow for data entry and reporting. -Experience analyzing data related to a VMS or MSP implementation -Prior experience working with third-party vendors Job Description β€’ Insight Global is seeking a Procurement Data Analyst to assist in the data gathering, analysis and clean up of data surrounding a contingent working program to prepare for a third party VMS and MSP implementation. Responsibilities include: -Collaborate with hiring managers to collect, clean, and consolidate workforce data using standardized templates. -Follow up with unresponsive managers to ensure timely and complete data submission. -Partner with a third party vendor to validate and clean data already submitted for review to ensure to is properly formatted with existing data -Ensure data is structured, digestible, and systematically organized for future integration into a Vendor Management System (VMS). Support the classification of contingent workers (e.g., SOW, Independent Contractor) and help educate managers on proper categorization. -Act as a liaison between data stakeholders and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and usability. -Contribute to the success of a Gen 1 program by helping define and refine data collection processes.
