Role description
Pay Range $20-$30/hr REMOTE Data Analyst 3 Month Contract Required Skills & Experience • 1–2 years of hands-on data analytics experience • Strong Power BI experience (building dashboards, reports, data models) • Advanced Excel skills (analysis, project-based work) • Experience working with sales, service, or aftermarket data • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights • Strong problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills • Comfortable working with new tools, systems, and evolving data sources • Business acumen and curiosity to uncover root causes and growth opportunities Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with aftermarket parts, service agreements, or power systems • Exposure to global data sets and multi-region reporting • Knowledge of 4 Ps (Price, Product, Promotion, Placement) • Business intelligence or strategic analytics background • Distributor or channel performance analysis experience • Inventory analytics (turnover, stocking strategy, installed base analysis) • Experience partnering directly with distributors or channel managers Job Description • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track service agreements and aftermarket performance • Analyze service agreement data to identify gaps, growth trends, retention risks, and opportunities • Support global alignment of metrics, definitions, and reporting standards • Deliver North America aftermarket parts sales analysis to senior channel leadership • Analyze regional and global spare parts performance to support growth initiatives • Track AMPS (Aftermarket Parts & Services) initiatives and KPIs • Analyze distributor inventory levels and turnover • Develop recommended stocking lists based on demand, installed base, and growth targets • Support forecasting analysis to improve availability, ATO performance, and inventory efficiency • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations to distributors
