Role : Analyst Location : Melvindale, MI 48122 (hybrid) Duration : 11 Months THE ROLE: Description: This position will provide support for DTE Gas Field Service Operations within our EGPM Organization at DTE Energy. The position will support our daily / weekly / annual data reporting and forecasting processes work load management activities, maintaining, providing recommendations and tracking through standard processes and systems. Responsible for providing analytical reports, create processes to collect data, process and systems support for our business unit. Ability to work independently and identify appropriate course of action to analyze issues, recommend solutions and administer programs. Performs analysis research, studies, and prepares various reports. Functions Performed: - Ad hoc and routine reporting processes as well as report and metric generation - Ad hoc and project analysis – gathering and reviewing data, making recommendations, and performing follow through activities (scheduling meetings, modifying data, additional analysis, reporting changes) - Write/Execute queries in databases - Create visual representations of data sets in quick and understandable means to accurately reflect the dataset - Gathering requires to execute reports/projects/ analysis Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree required (Data Science / Analytics, Computer Science / Information Systems, Business Administration) - Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) - SQL Server querying / knowledge base of database management & principles Preferred: - Experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory / Microsoft Azure Data Explorer Tools - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
