Job Title: Data Analyst | W2 CONTRACT ROLE Location: Indianapolis, IN (Local Candidates Only) Work Type: Onsite/Hybrid (as per agency policy) • • • • NOT OPEN FOR NON-LOCAL CANDIDATES • • • • • & • • • NO C2C Role Overview The Data Analyst will validate, analyze, and interpret agency data to generate actionable public health insights for various divisions. The role involves exploratory data analysis, reporting, descriptive statistics, dataset curation, and data visualization. The analyst will also support data integration efforts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, cleansing, and standardization • Hands-on experience with SAS and R or Python for data cleaning, descriptive statistics, and analysis • Working knowledge of epidemiological methods, study design, and both qualitative & quantitative analysis • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical, documentation, and research skills • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong communication skills to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders #SKILL MATRIX: • Experience analyzing data and reporting relevant results in a professional non-academic setting. • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) independently in a professional setting • Experience using R or Python for data analysis and reporting. • Experience using SQL to query a relational database • Experience using SAS for data analysis and reporting. • Experience using Tableau for data visualization • Experience using Azure Portal. • Experience using Microsoft DevOps.
