Role description
Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Greensboro, NC 27409
Duration: 9 months
Pay rate: $20 - $22/hr
Role purpose:
• Develop and publish Safety Data Sheets for US products
• Responsible for the operational aspects of SDS generation and distribution
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and regulatory teams to ensure timely and compliant SDSs
• Manage and communicate changes and new SDSs to align data contributors and stakeholders
• Critical knowledge
• This concerns the 'know-how' to perform the role, which may have been gained through academic study (degree, education, and certificates), business qualifications, or on-the-job experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP EHS module considered a plus
• · Knowledge of OSHA Hazard Communication and UN GHS system considered a plus
• · Knowledge of EPA/FIFRA classification and labeling considered a plus
• · Knowledge of the agricultural business considered a plus
Critical experience:
This concerns the type and minimum length of relevant experience required to effectively perform the role.
· Ability to effectively work with a wide variety of stakeholders to accomplish compliance goals and objectives, e.g., Regional and global technical experts, data contributors, Legal, Regulatory, Product Marketing.
· Project management experience considered a plus.

Accountabilities
· Ensure timely generation of compliant SDSs.
· Coordinate commercial product and updates of Active Ingredient SDSs with stakeholders to meet business objectives
· Identify and coordinate information gaps where needed to enable SDS creation.
· Work through SAP EHS to generate compliant, complete SDSs.
· Recognize and communicate SAP EHS issues and gaps in SDS generation and output.
· Review and proofread technical documents.
• Drive data-analysis work applied in the projects in coordination with other project-team members locally and globally.
• Report on findings in a structured and clear way.
• Develop, in collaboration with team members, additional questions to investigate based on the available and possibly obtainable data.
• Keep a record of the analysis work in reproducible way with complete documentation.
