Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Hybrid 3 days in London Remuneration: £25 per hour Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the team to prototype human rating and semi-automatic model evaluation protocols. • Conduct small-to-medium scale in-house human rating on generated content for high-stakes and high-complexity protocols. • Work alongside engineers to identify and summarise model gaps based on evaluations. • Identify necessary data to close model gaps and prepare training data for subsequent model iterations. • Coordinate with PDO teams to scale up validated evaluation protocols, ensuring thorough auditing and collaboration. Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities. • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for experimental investigations. • Knowledge of Python, Unix, and SQL. • Familiarity with computer vision and generative models is a plus.
