Data Modeling & Analysis: Develop analytical models (e.g., investment return rates, education program conversion rates) and deliver visual reports (Power BI/Tableau) to support strategic decisions. Market Trend Insights: Analyze macroeconomic trends, immigration policies, and education investment hotspots to provide customized strategies for high-net-worth clients. Process Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in internal workflows (e.g., customer lifecycle management, compliance pathways for global expansion) through data-driven insights. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with investment, legal, education, and enterprise teams to deliver data-backed solutions. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years in data analysis, with a focus on family offices, wealth management, cross-border services, or fintech. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL/Python/R for data cleaning, modeling, and automation; Skilled in Tableau/Power BI/Excel for data visualization; Familiarity with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering) is a plus. Business Acumen: Knowledge of global immigration policies, investment migration trends, or cross-border compliance is preferred; Strong understanding of high-net-worth client needs with a track record of actionable insights.
