Data Analytics Analyst – Pharma Analytics Consolidation Location: 100% Remote (EST Hours Preferred) – Occasional Travel to Parsippany, NJ Contract Duration: 4 Months Overview: We are seeking a Data Analytics Analyst with a strong background in pharmaceutical data ecosystems to support the consolidation and improvement of a U.S.-based analytics landscape. This role will play a key part in assessing current systems, recommending optimized solutions, and contributing to the strategy for enterprise analytics platform consolidation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate the current data analytics landscape within the pharmaceutical industry Review and revise existing RFP documentation for enterprise analytics platform consolidation Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across tools, platforms, and data models Provide recommendations and best practices for future analytics toolsets and architecture Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and document findings Support knowledge transfer, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership, technical teams, and end users Required Skills: Proven experience as a Data Analytics Analyst within the pharmaceutical industry, focused on enterprise analytics assessment and solutioning Strong hands-on skills with Power BI, Databricks, Python, and other BI/ETL tools Ability to assess data sources, architecture, and reporting needs across departments Experience preparing RFPs, evaluating vendor solutions, and incepting enterprise-level projects Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred Skills: Experience with enterprise analytics consolidation in pharma environments Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices in life sciences Additional Details: This position is 100% remote, working EST hours Candidate must be able to travel to Parsippany, NJ when required (expenses covered)
