Data Analytics Engineer

Now Hiring: Data Analytics Engineer (Contract) Location: Hybrid in RiNo, Denver Rate: $45–$55/hr Type: 6-month contract with potential for extension We’re working with a national health care company to bring on a Data Analytics Engineer to support their shared services data team. With multiple subsidiaries under their umbrella, this role offers exposure to a wide range of business functions and a strong opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes • Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions • Develop and optimize data models for storage, retrieval, and analysis • Support data governance practices to ensure quality and consistency • Create dashboards and visualizations to drive insights for leadership • Standardize data from systems like EHR, Finance, and CRM into unified models Must-Haves: • 2+ years of experience in data/business analysis • 3+ years of SQL experience • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and warehousing • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau, DBT, Python, Git, AGILE environments, or working with healthcare/claims data. This is a hybrid role with two days per week required onsite in Denver’s RiNo district.
