We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to join our healthcare clinic’s data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and analytics solutions that enable clinicians, administrators, and leadership to make data-driven decisions that improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process healthcare data from various systems (EHR, claims, billing, patient engagement platforms).
Develop and manage data models and analytical datasets to support reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Monitor data quality and implement validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Support BI tools and develop dashboards for KPIs such as patient outcomes, clinic performance, and operational efficiency.
