What You’ll Do: • Design, develop, and deliver MI dashboards to support the mandatory and regulatory Consumer Duty programme. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, challenge, and refine requirements, ensuring insights drive meaningful business outcomes. • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and visually impactful Tableau solutions. • Use SQL, Excel, and Snowflake to prepare, transform, and optimize datasets for reporting. • Present analytical findings and dashboards to senior management stakeholders with clarity and impact. • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, visualization standards, and governance practices. What You Bring: • 8+ years of proven experience in data and analytics with a strong focus on Tableau development. • Deep expertise in SQL, Excel, and Snowflake. • Excellent stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills. • Ability to challenge business requirements constructively and deliver actionable insights. • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior manager-level stakeholders. Nice to Have: • Experience in regulatory or compliance programmes (e.g., Consumer Duty, financial services). • Familiarity with additional BI/visualization tools and cloud data platforms. • • Knowledge of data governance best practices.
