About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Data Architect to support the continuous improvement and delivery of a cutting-edge Clinical Knowledge Graph platform. This role is central to driving innovation in Health Informatics and Clinical Decision Support Systems, working closely with the Head of Informatics and cross-functional teams.
You'll play a key role in designing scalable data pipelines, enhancing data quality, and optimising graph database solutions to support clinical intelligence use cases.Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable ETL data pipelines using SPARQL and Python
• Create and optimise advanced SPARQL queries for data analysis
• Work with graph databases such as Neo4j, RDF, and Graph DB
• Develop graph-based data models and applications to extract clinical insights
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to define and meet data requirements
• Ensure data quality and consistency across the pipeline lifecycle
• Stay up to date with advancements in graph technology, data modeling, and semantic architecture
Mandatory Skills
• Proven experience with SPARQL and Python
• Hands-on expertise with Graph Databases: RDF, Neo4j, Graph DB
• Experience with Clinical Knowledge Graphs / Clinical Intelligence platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and semantic technologies
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Luigi
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomouslyPreferred Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline
• Previous experience in Health Informatics or Clinical Data Systems
