We are currently seeking a qualified Data Architect to join our team. The Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of a modern data platform supporting analytics and dashboard development. This expert-level role requires deep technical proficiency in data engineering, architecture, and visualization, with a strong ability to collaborate across business units and guide best practices. Location: Remote – United States Job Type: Remote Responsibilities • Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to visualization using Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau • Establish and enforce best practices for data platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Design and optimize data warehouse models and semantic layers for business intelligence • Develop robust data models for diverse and complex datasets • Manage source code control and CI/CD workflows using GitHub and modern DevOps tools • Define and maintain data security and access control policies • Write performant SQL, HTML, and JavaScript code to support data views and visualizations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers and developers Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field • Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake, dbt Cloud, and SQL-based data modeling • Advanced experience with Tableau dashboard development and data source configuration • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub • Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks and automation • Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript for visualization customization (Looker experience is a plus) • Experience integrating data from enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, Jira, Adaptive, and Anaplan • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with executive stakeholders
