The role will design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data. Examines and identifies database structural needs by evaluating client operations, applications, and requirements. The role will follow a hybrid schedule - Monday and Friday work from home, rest of the days are in office. Subject to change at the company's discretion based on business needs. Remote work is acceptable. Qualifications 7+ years in a Data Architecture role (preferably 10+ total years experience in Information Technology). Data Solutions & Architecture: Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable data architectures that support long-term business intelligence needs. Adept at formulating end-to-end technical plans that align with organizational objectives. Advanced Data Analysis: Expert in handling and analyzing large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques. Reporting & Visualization: Proficient in developing dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI, tailored for executive and HR audiences. Skilled in producing weekly insights that drive decision-making. Microsoft Applications Mastery: Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft suite, including Excel, Power BI, Access, Word, Outlook, and Teams, ensuring seamless integration and productivity. Database & Data Mining: Strong knowledge of database structures, relational systems, and data mining techniques to extract meaningful patterns and trends. Systems Design & IT Architecture: Demonstrated experience in IT systems architecture and design across diverse hardware and software platforms, ensuring robust and flexible infrastructure. Organizational & Analytical Strengths: Exceptionally organized with sharp analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple data streams and translating them into strategic insights. Familiarity with the standards and best practices bodies Familiarity with the Energy Industry.
