What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: • Contributes to the integrity and accessibility of mastered data by performing routine data quality assessments, identifying anomalies, and supporting issue resolution efforts. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance data completeness and ensure alignment with business and reporting needs. Data Strategy & Governance • Define and implement data logic and decision rules for assigned domains. • Maintain and enhance business glossaries and metadata repositories. Data Quality & Reconciliation • Lead reconciliation efforts for specific financial domains. • Design and implement control points and quality checks. Business Partnership & Collaboration • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams. • Support regulatory and audit responses with accurate data documentation. Process Modernization & Enablement • Develop dashboards to track KPIs and issue resolution. • Recommend improvements to data tools and workflows. Operating Rhythms & Knowledge Base • Lead Agile stories and contribute to backlog grooming. • Understands the identification of key business factors (both internal and external) that impact data quality and reporting. • Leverages technology to streamline data quality assessments and automate routine processes.
