Responsibilities for a Data Control Analyst/ Customer Master Data Analyst include but are not limited to
β’ :Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy of contract membership, eligibility status, and account information across multiple systems
β’ .Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility, and customer segmentation within Revenue Manager, SAP, and related business platforms
β’ .Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies and account inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and compliance
β’ .Process customer account changes including additions, deletions, transfers, and updates throughout the customer lifecycle
β’ .Collaborate with internal business partners and external stakeholders to support contract and membership data processes
