We are looking for a Data Conversion Specialist with prior experience with major enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow,
Position Details:
Location: Dallas, Tx (Hybrid or Remote Possible)
Type: Contract (USC, Green Card, TN Visa, H4 Visa are acceptable/No H1B)

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Data Extraction: Identifying and extracting data from source systems.
β’ Data Transformation: Converting data to a new format or structure, often involving mapping and scripting.
β’ Data Validation: Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the converted data. Creation of reconciliation and validation reports for use by relevant business teams.
β’ Data Loading: Loading the converted data into the new system or database.
β’ Testing: Performing conversion testing to ensure proper functionality and data accuracy.
β’ Collaboration: Working with clients and project teams to understand business needs and ensure successful implementations.
β’ Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving data-related errors and issues.
β’ Documentation: Maintaining documentation of conversion processes and best practices.
Skills and Knowledge:
β’ Data Modeling: Understanding data structures and relationships. Prior experience with major enterprise systems like Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow, etc. is a must
β’ Database Scripting: Proficiency in SQL and other scripting languages.
β’ Data Validation Techniques: Experience in ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
β’ ETL/ELT Processes: Familiarity with Extract, Transform, and Load processes.
β’ Data Migration Tools: Experience with various data migration tools within each enterprise application.
β’ Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work effectively with others. Create statistics, reports, dashboard, etc. for user communication and progress tracking.
β’ Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
β’ Skilled in leading collaborative efforts with stakeholders, subject matter experts and peers to gain a clear understanding of data, processes, and requirements, to arrive at accurate identification and correct understanding of issues, requirements, and solutions.
