What You'll Do:
Analytics & Insights
β’ Perform in-depth analyses of web and agentic user behavior to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
β’ Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for cross-functional teams and executives.
β’ Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure high data quality, accurate tracking, and consistent metrics.
Reporting & Visualization
β’ Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs for marketing, growth, and executive audiences.
β’ Lead the automation of recurring reports and contribute to developing scalable reporting solutions.
β’ Ensure data quality and consistency in pipelines feeding our marketing data warehouse.
Project & Stakeholder Management
β’ Coordinate and track projects across data ingestion, analytics, and reporting workstreams.
β’ Serve as the point of contact for stakeholder needs, prioritizing requests and aligning work with business objectives.
β’ Drive communication and alignment through regular updates, documentation, and presentations with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
Agile/Scrum Collaboration
β’ Define user stories and acceptance criteria informed by the product roadmap.
β’ Provide review and testing for work completed by the engineering team.
β’ Collaborate closely with the scrum lead to ensure the engineering team is well-informed and set up for success.
Leadership & Influence
β’ Act as a strategic thought partner within the team and with key partners across Marketing, Product, and Engineering, regularly interfacing with executive leadership.
β’ Become a go-to expert on web and agentic analytics, fostering data literacy and adoption across teams.
