Role description
Job Title: Lead Data Engineer
Location: Dallas/TX
Duration: Possibility for extension
Type: Contract W2
Core Requirements:
· 13 years of experience
· Strong command of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, Snowflake)
· Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Power Automate, Python scripting, or equivalent
· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) including services such as Lambda, S3, Azure Functions, or BigQuery
· Establishes infrastructure standards and requirements.
· Evaluates supports Web Application Server system enhancements and performs quality assurance functions
· Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and model development
· Good knowledge of data quality & data management platforms (Informatica is a plus).
Nice to Haves:
· Experience in design, development, and implementation of scalable API integrations between various internal and external systems.
