Role description
Role : Data Engineer with AI Location : Sunnyvale, CA ( F2F / Onsite from day 1 ) Duration :12 Months Senior Data Engineer who has AI first mindset with exceptional programming skills in Python (Advanced) and Golang (Hands-on) who can work independently, drive automation, and build scalable systems from scratch. What candidate will be working on: 1. Design and build scalable, AI-enabled data platforms from the ground up 1. Build and optimize complex SQL transformations and data models 1. Architect data pipelines that power AI/ML use cases 1. Implement workflow orchestration using Airflow 1. Develop transformations with dbt and manage warehousing in Snowflake What We’re Looking For Advanced proficiency in Python (production-grade coding required) hands-on experience with Golang Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, performance tuning, optimization) Experience with modern data stack: o Airflow o Snowflake o dbt Experience building AI/ML-ready data infrastructure Cloud-native mindset (AWS/GCP/Azure) Strong ownership β€” able to design, decide, and deliver independently Screening Focus Live Python coding assessment Advanced SQL problem-solving Data modeling & system design discussion
