Our client, a leader in digital transformation and enterprise solutions, is seeking a ServiceNow Service Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Service Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Digital Nexus technology organization supporting strategic IT service management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ServiceNow Service Delivery Lead Location: Montvale, NJ What's the Job? • Build and lead an effective ServiceNow product management team dedicated to digital transformation initiatives. • Coordinate the delivery of new features, epics, and demand while managing vendor relationships to ensure alignment with technical standards. • Translate business strategies into a comprehensive product roadmap with multi-quarter milestones. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business process owners and executive leaders, to prioritize features and ensure successful delivery. • Govern teams of ServiceNow delivery resources, including Product Owners, Developers, and Technical Leads, to optimize team performance and project outcomes. What's Needed? • Minimum of ten years of experience implementing enterprise solutions within ServiceNow. • Proven leadership in managing ServiceNow operations and product delivery. • Strong understanding of IT practices that promote predictability, scalability, and velocity. • Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
