Data Engineer (contract)

Job Title: AI Cloud Engineer Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description Position Summary: The AI Cloud Engineer will play a key role in designing, prototyping, developing, and deploying AI solutions utilizing Llama and other cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, cloud computing, and software engineering, with the ability to apply these skills to enhance business applications and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Llama and other cloud technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop scalable and efficient AI models for a variety of applications. • Optimize cloud infrastructure to support AI models and ensure high performance and reliability. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into the company's offerings. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and cloud infrastructure. • Document processes and solutions to support best practices and knowledge sharing. • Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure robust and reliable AI solutions. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in AI technologies, including hands-on experience with Llama cloud. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. • Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments. • Understanding of data management and data security practices. • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
