Role Overview TURNBRIDGE is seeking a Data Engineer - Customer Data Platform (CDP) to design, build, and scale a modern Customer Data Platform that powers a true Customer 360 view. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics enablement, and growth strategy, supporting cross-sell identification, customer lifetime value (CLV) measurement, and propensity modeling across multiple product lines. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who connects data architecture decisions directly to business impact. Key Responsibilities Customer 360 Architecture (20%) β€’ Design and build a unified Customer 360 using Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Data 360) β€’ Integrate first-party CRM data, GA4 behavioral data, transactional records, and product usage signals Analytics & AI/ML Enablement (15%) β€’ Translate business questions into scalable data structures that support analytics, AI/ML model development, and downstream activation Propensity Modeling & Segmentation (15%) β€’ Develop and deploy propensity models to support customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization initiatives Data Governance & Compliance (10%) β€’ Ensure data quality, enforce governance standards, and manage PII handling, consent, and privacy compliance Data Pipeline Development (10%) β€’ Design and maintain scalable batch and zero-copy pipelines to ingest, unify, and activate customer data across platforms Identity Resolution (10%) β€’ Build identity resolution and data harmonization models that enable cross-product insights and personalization at scale Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%) β€’ Partner with analytics, marketing, and product teams to unlock cross-sell opportunities, CLV modeling, and propensity-to-buy use cases CDP Strategy & Roadmap (5%) β€’ Contribute to CDP roadmap decisions and evaluate emerging data technologies to keep the platform aligned with evolving business needs Required Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field β€’ 5-7+ years of experience in data engineering β€’ 3-5+ years working with enterprise CDPs or customer data platforms β€’ Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud β€’ Strong hands-on experience building analytics- and activation-ready data pipelines using SQL, Python, dbt, or similar tools β€’ Deep understanding of digital analytics and behavioral data, including GA4 event-based schemas β€’ Experience supporting downstream analytics, machine learning models, or activation platforms β€’ Hands-on experience designing and optimizing data models in BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouses β€’ Experience integrating and managing customer data across multiple product lines in an enterprise environment Preferred Mindset β€’ Ability to think beyond pipelines β€” connecting data architecture decisions to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes β€’ Strong communicator who can partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams Technology Stack β€’ Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) β€’ BigQuery β€’ GA4 / Digital Analytics β€’ Python / SQL β€’ dbt β€’ Identity Resolution β€’ Propensity Modeling β€’ CRM Integrations β€’ Cloud-Native Data Pipelines Why TURNBRIDGE? β€’ Precision-driven hiring and delivery model β€’ High-impact, enterprise-scale data initiatives β€’ Collaborative, outcomes-focused environment β€’ Clear path from contract to full-time conversion
