We’re looking for a Data Engineer who can design scalable data pipelines, optimize ETL/ELT workflows, and deliver insights that improve customer experience, personalization, and churn management. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Databricks, and Pentaho. Work with AWS (S3, Redshift, EC2, EMR) to ensure a reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with business teams to analyze data for churn prediction, network performance, personalization, and billing/service inquiries. Build dashboards & reports in Tableau / Power BI to share insights with technical and non-technical teams. Ensure data governance, quality, and accuracy across platforms. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics. Strong skills in Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, Pentaho, AWS. Experience with Tableau / Power BI for reporting and visualization. Telecom industry experience (customer experience projects) is a plus. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
