Role description
In this role, you will: ● Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. ● Write performant SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting. Author and document clean, robust Python code to ingest data into an existing datalake framework. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to define dashboard requirements and data needs. Required Qualifications: ● B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field ● 5+ years experience in Python and SQL. ● Extensive experience creating dashboards and reports using a business intelligence tool (e.g., Mode, Tableau, Looker). ● Experience working with existing data ingestion frameworks and APIs to upload data. ● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Desirable Qualifications: ● Experience with Mode Analytics, particularly using the platform's HTML, CSS, and Javascript capabilities for advanced dashboard customization. ● Experience with data lake concepts and frameworks. ● Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). ● Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
