Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Engineer in Merrimack, NH. Duties for this role include developing quality data solutions. Requirements β€’ 10+ years of experience in developing quality data solutions β€’ Software development experience in the Financial Industry β€’ Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development, SQL Scripting, and database performance tuning β€’ Solid understanding of ETL tools like Informatica and Data Warehousing like Snowflake β€’ Strong data modeling skills using Quantitative and Multi-Dimensional Analysis β€’ Demonstrate understanding of data design concepts - Transactional, Data Mart, Data Warehouse, etc. β€’ Experience developing software using Agile methodologies (Kanban and SCRUM) β€’ Strong analytical and problem solving skills β€’ Excellent written and oral communication skills β€’ You enjoy learning new technologies, analyzing data, identifying gaps, issues, patterns, and building solutions β€’ You can independently analyze technical challenges, identify, assess impact, and identify innovative solutions β€’ You are passionate about delivering high quality software using DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker) practices β€’ Intermediate experience in Java development is preferred β€’ Beginner proficiency of in Python, REST API and AWS is a plus The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
