Role description
Job Title: Data Engineer Clearance required: Active SC (SC Clearance with any governing body) Location: Telford- requires attendance for occasional workshops (typically a couple of days per month) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer - Talend and Unix Expert to join our team to help deliver database and ETL solutions. You will: β€’ Design and implement robust, secure and performant data integration solutions. β€’ Build, operate and improve data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, curation) with monitoring, alerting and SLAs. β€’ Collaborate with product teams and client stakeholders to refine requirements and align decisions to NFRs (cost, performance, security). β€’ Support incident resolution and ensure service continuity. β€’ Share knowledge and mentor colleagues. β€’ Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and work cross-functionally with engineers, analysts and business teams.
