Data Engineer

Overview Aptonet is seeking an Anaplan professional to support a client across finance-related functions including Controlling, Tax, Accounting, and Finance. The primary focus is strong Anaplan platform experience, with a preference for candidates who have hands-on experience building and enhancing models and modules. Key Responsibilities • Support and enhance Anaplan models and solutions across finance functions • Collaborate with stakeholders in: • Controlling • Tax • Accounting • Finance • Translate business requirements into Anaplan model updates and improvements • Participate in planning, forecasting, and reporting processes • Contribute to model design, optimization, and ongoing enhancements Required Qualifications • Solid experience working with the Anaplan platform • Understanding of: • Modules, line items, and lists • Core Anaplan functions (LOOKUP, SUM, IF logic) • Time and version modeling • Ability to work with business stakeholders and gather requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on experience building or enhancing Anaplan modules • Experience contributing to model design or development • Exposure to finance-related areas: • FP&A • Accounting • Controlling • Tax • Experience with Data Hub or integrations • Anaplan certification (Level 1 / Level 2) Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field • Finance background is a plus, not required What Will Make You Stand Out • Experience building Anaplan modules from scratch • Strong understanding of how Anaplan supports financial processes • Ability to move beyond support and contribute to model improvementsv
